Delayed Aortic Dissection After Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation

In high -risk patients with aortic stenosis, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) provides functional improvement. Vascular complications after TAVI have always been expressed to happen frequently. Aortic dissection is one of the rare but life-threatening vascular complications of TAVI. We present here one case of delayed aortic dissection after post successful TAVI.
