Pulmonary arteriovenous fistu la is a rare anomaly, almost always assoc iated with hered itary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. The most striking elinical findings for diagnos is are due to hered itary hemorrhagic telangiectasia which acco ın pan ies pulmo nary arteriovenous fistulas. W e report bilateral pulmonary arteriovenous f istulas in a case without hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.
