Rupture of sinus valsalva aneurysm (SVA) and development of an Aorto Right ventricular fistula (ARVF) is a rare condition and has high morbidity and mortality rates if left untreated. Opening of the SVA rupture into the right heart chambers may result in various morbidities such as pulmonary hypertension. We present a case who developed ARVF after sutureless aortic valve replacement and was successfully treated percutaneously.
