Intimal sarcomas (IS) are rare, malign, rapidly progressive, mesenchymal tumors that commonly occur in the tunica intima of larger vessels, rarely involving the heart. IS are frequently misdiagnosed at initial clinical presentation. In this case with IS which had a rare location, specific findings on multimodality imaging were described.
