Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication that is often seen after myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery. It can spontaneously rupture and lead to ventricular arrhythmias, heart failure, and thromboembolism. Cases of left ventricular pseudoaneurysm after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) are very rare, and most of them require emergency surgery. We present a case of a patient who presented with ventricular arrhythmia after transfemoral TAVI. The patient presented to the emergency department about one week after the procedure with ventricular tachycardia and was subsequently treated with amiodarone. As the patient refused surgery for the diagnosis of left ventricular pseudoaneurysm, an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator was placed and the patient was followed up medically. The six-month follow-up was uneventful.
