Coronary artery perforation is a serious and may be a life-threatening complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. Despite having a few options such as coil or fat tissue embolization and stent-graft implantation; the closed-loop balloon-stent technique can be used especially in thin vessel ruptures. In this case report, the successful closed-loop balloon-stent embolization of the distal left anterior descending artery perforation was demonstrated for the first time in the literature.
