Two cases of coronary artery fistula which were discomered in middle-aged men during diagnostic coronary angiography are presented. In the first patient, a branch of the left anterior descending artery drained into the origin of the pulmonary artery after having exhibited ancurysmal dilatation. The artery was surgically ligated. In the second patient, the left anterior descending artery itself drained into the pulmonary artery.
