Paraplegia After Percutaneous Iliac Stenting: How did that happen?

Paraplegia after percutaneous iliac angioplasty is too much rarely and, it is always with spinal cord ischemia(SCI). We presented an SCI and paraplegia bilateral after iliac stenting. This complication may be caused by the change of spinal blood flow in patients with diffuse atherosclerosis, and it always must be in mind.
